Great picture of Duncan in the glass (outside). Bruce, I wonder if you could elaborate for us- blogger-readers about your R foot sock. I know about keeping your pants out of the chain but I am sure there is something special about the socks and who/what is on them........

Wow, what a careful observer! Wish I knew who you were! Yes, only the right pant leg is in danger of getting caught in the bike chain so that is the only one I put inside my sock (sorry if it ain't symmetrical!) I believe on this day I was wearing my special "Bigfoot on a bicycle" socks too that I bought one recent birthday in Bellingham-- thanks for yr comment and keen eye!
